WinLCD requires the Fortran DLL Package

The LCview program requires the latest MFC 7.0 DLLs, which can be downloaded here

To define boundary conditions within GID a problem type is required. Unzip the following archive problem.zip and copy it into the GID problemtypes directory.

Here are some simple routines that take raw data produced by the modelling programs, and produce dynamic twist and tilt plots. reg.m is for use on regular meshes, and plots the twist and tilt vs. z and time. Editing the file allows the x,y location of the line in z to be changes. ireg.m is for use on tetrahedral meshes, and plots the twist and tilt vs. z and time at x=y=0.

Here are some instructions for using WinLCD and the other modelling programs.
