|
||
Project Overview
The emerging Open European/Global Information Infrastructure (EII or GII) is characterised by the increasing distribution, its dynamic nature, and the complexity of its resources. To manage such an environment, increased intelligence in management solutions and the mobility of such solutions are becoming major requirements.
Mobile Intelligent Agents (MIA) are offering a new software development paradigm which promises to come up with a new challenge in the Open Information Infrastructure.
The MIAMI project, within this context, is going to focus on the following key objectives:
The main focus of the MIAMI project will be to achieve these objectives in the context of a real trial. The trial will consist of a project developed agent-based multi-domain management platform and selected Pan-European advanced communication/information services.
