Since July 2008, I have been a postdoctoral researcher in the Networks and Services Research Laboratory at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University College London.

Prior to this, I was based in the Networks Research Group in the Centre for Communications Systems Research, University of Surrey in which I received the MSc in Communications Networks and Software with distinction and PhD with the thesis entitled "Relative Service Differentiation over Bandwidth on Demand Satellite Networks" under the supervision of Prof. George Pavlou in 2002 and 2008 respectively. I am also actively involved in several research projects while working in University of Surrey.
