S/H UNIVERSITY INDOOR LEAGUE

Hopefully the web-site is now getting back on track. As we all now know ULU is closing down for a major refurbishment and the season is serverely shortened as a result. This has lead to the league being split in two in a kind of "Champions League" format. The groups were choosen by taking the teams positions towards the end of last season and putting the odd placed sides in one group (1,3,5,7,9) and the evens in the other (2,4,6,8,10).
Initially it was believed that we would have to play the overall winner's game in the one free slot on the last week of fixtures. However, it now appears we have an extra two weeks, which may allow for a group winners v's other group runner's up "semi final" with the winners going through to following week.
Hopefully we can make the most of this shortened season!
