11/10/97:
Simon Walsh, a CCFC favourite who fell into contractual ranglings during an injury, has signed for SOAS. SOAS, a side rarely in the thick of things make their second aquisition from CCFC after making Landers' loan deal a permanent one during close season. The side hope to revitalise some of the success it saw in the league's early days.

The League's Christmas do is to be held on 10th December in Room 101 in ULU. It starts at 6:00pm, with a bar and buffett! Hope to see you there.

FIXTURE UPDATE
Have a go at me if you wish. I got the college closure dates wrong when forming this year's fixture list. The next two sets of fixtures have been brought forward two weeks. The two-week league break will then follow.

The Logica Systems Trophy is now officially replaced by the Ecogen Challenge Trophy. The League Sponsors, The Little Red Book have kindly sponsored the cup using their Printer Toner Brand name.
