Lack of decent reports this week - Sco is off with tonsilitis. So you are stuck with Lee Heagneys biased slant on things. All this weeks bits will be updated ASAP ! This was a good game. ULU never really looked troubled, and coasted to a fairly comfortable victory.

A tough, agressive game, with both teams extremely committed. The headlines were dominated by Gallagher, who came out of retirement to play an absolute blinder, grabbing a hat-trick to secure the points for CCFC.
Birkbek took the lead with a swift free kick, deflected by hajisavvi. Gallager levelled with an equally quick free kick and the half time score was a tentative 1-1.
The second half continued in much the same vein as the first. Gallagher made it 2-1, before some sloppy CCFC defending allowed Birkbek to equalise at 2-2. In a very tense finish heagney rolled out to hajisavvi, who helped on to gallagher, who smashed the ball in for the winning goal. With barely a minute left CCFC managed to hang on under constant Birkbek pressure.
An excellent result for CCFC, who were missing three regular players today. Solid defending by 'Sunny' Hanid on a league debut made it all possible. Prehaps the biggest shock is that Hajisaavi made it three in a row without a goal!
A credit to both teams that a very aggressive match was played in very good spirit.
CCFC: Heagney, Hanid, Gallagher, Hajisaavi

Once again SOBEK court controversy with the "Keeper outside his area" rule. A change of keeper again was much to blame for the infringements (yes, two again!). This seems to be one rule which is NOT being enforced, and I would not like to be the referee who does decide to award a penalty for such an offence this season !
Having said that, SOBEK kept the pressure on CCFC with a good win. A close fought game saw the side with superior finishing come out on top. Some inspired keeping by Gordon helped keep Accounts in the game, but they were defeated by a good all round team performance from SOBEK.
